Meet Dr. Blumenthal Dowload Dr. Blumenthal's CV By Clicking Here (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required) Dr. Stuart Blumenthal, a Baltimore native, has been practicing Pediatric Dentistry since completing his post-graduate education in 1982. Dr. Blumenthal received his dental degree in 1980, from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland at Baltimore (the first Dental College in the world). After completing dental school, Dr. Blumenthal entered a specialty training program in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Blumenthal received his Certificate in Pedodontics from BCDS, UMAB in 1982. He served as a Pediatric Dental Resident at University Hospital, University of Maryland at Baltimore from 1980-1982, and as a Fellow in Pediatric Dentistry, The Kennedy Institute, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from 1981-1982. Currently Dr. Blumenthal has a faculty appointment as an Instructor in Pediatrics, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He serves as Dental Consultant to The Kennedy Krieger Institute, as well as, Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. Dr. Blumenthal is a member of Sinai Hospital's Dental Department. Dr. Blumenthal belongs to numerous professional associations:
Dr. Blumenthal is also involved in community activities. Most notably, he serves on the Board of Directors of LINC (Learning Independence through Computers, www.linc.org), a non-profit computer resource center that provides opportunities for people with disabilities, their families, professionals, and members of the business community to explore adaptive technology, computer systems, software, and the Internet, so that they can fulfill their potential for productivity at home, at school, at the workplace, and in the community. Dr. Blumenthal has served on the Board of Directors of The Child Study Association of Maryland, as well as The Park School Alumni Board. Dr. Blumenthal lives in Baltimore, with his wife Wendy, and his three daughters Cara, Jenna, and Shari. |
